On 1st of September 1992, Isagani Elman Amuale set foot at the land of the rising sun, Japan, and like the usual overseas Filipino workers, he applied for a regular company employee position at a fruit company in Osaka. 4 years later, he transferred at Gifu and his employment was also changed from fruit company to poultry services. This was the time he started garnering the skills and proper training pertaining to the services provided for the poultry companies. He was happy, he was more content, and he was able to provide his family with basic resources for daily expenses and education.
For 17 years, he was a company employee at a foreign country. But there comes a time where he realized the lack of manpower on poultry services at his current work, he saw how some people perceived the work at poultry services as not conducive compared to corporate work, due to environmental factors such as muddy place of work, unpleasant odor of the farms, and hard manual labor. In Japanese, this can be converted to 3Ks, (“kitanai” for dirty, “kusai” for bad odor, and “kitsui” for hard work), hence, majority of people are leaning towards other fields of work. But for Isagani, he viewed this work as an opportunity and a challenge. For him, all work will grant you success if you continue to pursue it.
2010 was the beginning of Gani Service Co. Ltd, it was founded by the sole proprietor, Isagani Elman Amuale, a Filipino, who renders services to poultry companies in Japan. His hard earned experience of 17 years working in poultry industry was the foundation of building his own company. Nothing comes easy, especially in business, but he took the great risk of starting it in a foreign land, where Japanese were also amazed how a Filipino was able to start his own business in the country. Bounded by the skills and techniques he acquired through the 17 years, accompanied with determination, perseverance, confidence, and passion, he continues to strive for success.
Presently, he still sees himself as the same person who went to Japan on 1992, but this time not as a company worker, but he is now the company owner, the boss, the leader, and with grit and confidence, he will still continue reaching his dreams and passion.
